This will be our second season putting together this class. 

 Last year was very popular so we were asked again to put this course on.

 We keep it interactive, fun and informative. 

 Participants in the sport of Triathlon can range from young to mature and can involve star athletes to beginners. No matter what level you compete at, there are basic components to understand. Triathlon is like no other sport

 and the JustTRI Triathlon Course gives you a jump start on the road to success to this great sport.

Format will be focused on Newbie Triathletes, but will include advanced tips. 

Emphasis on having a safe, fun and competitive Triathlon. 

 1.5 hrs, including question and answer. 

 2X USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coaches.

Swim Clinic: 9am - 10am

Transition Clinic: 10am - 11am

Kayak Volunteer Training: 11am - 12 noon

The swim training will be done by coach Cleve Shaw - a Total Immersion Swim Coach. He will go over the course, give some swim techniques, hints on form, etc.

Marc Chung, USAT certified race director, will go over the transitions #1 and #2.

Please feel free to bring your equipment, but it is not necessary. But, if you do, you can test drive the course!
